   Got starters and mains quick - before drinks had all arrived Then very poor service. T as ble was ignored for over 1 hr. Twice asked for water - waited over 20 mins to get it not asked if wanted any other drinks. Eventually possibly owner asked if everything ok to which we replied we would like to order dessert. He asked what time did we arrive. 6pm now 7.30pm . Ie hinting he wanted table free! Anyway agreed but when we asked for Irish coffee he said no take too long to make. Then he said the guy doesn’t make it very well! Eventually he said he could make a liquor coffee! We ordered raspberry sorbet, cheesecake and affogato. Again after long wait chocolate ice cream was brought out - wrong item! Reordered and eventually desserts came not all at same time now 8pm. We eventually got out 8.30pm The food itself was delicious. I know they had a massive party in the centre and it’s Xmas and busy but we felt ignored and not welcome

   What an absolute gem of a place. This is our second visit and once again the service, food and atmosphere was amazing, if I could rate it more than 5 star I would. The staff went above and beyond and made my mum feel so special singing happy birthday to her. They also always had a smile (it goes a long way). Thank you.

   Lovely ambiance. The service is really good and the staff is polite. The food was okay but I wasn't blown away. UPDATE: Visited again recently. Food was good and probably even better than last time. However, the service was very poor. A lot of waiters hanging around doing nothing and being inattentive. We had to get the attention of the waiters every step of the way, even to alert them that the chef had placed our food on the counter and tapped the bell some time earlier. Still a lovely ambiance, but I was very disappointed with the service.

   First time dining here. Brilliant and very polite staff. Food was out of this world. Would 100% recommend this to friends and family. For the price the value is definitely worth the money. Portion size could be a bit more if they were to compete with enfes on Mk1.

   Ambiance was really great Booking was last minute and we were accommodated Food was really good and large portions The waiters were very nice and pleasant. They kept asking if there was anything more they could do for us. Overall, very good experience.

   Good portion starters and mains, but taste for the price was not balanced. Could have ate the same quality from local cheaper Turkish restaurant. Lamb chops was very good! Overall great staff, good presentation, nice atmosphere - but food was standard in relation the price.

   Went for first time as an early valentine's meal. Cannot fault anything. The service was great and the food was delicious if I had one tiny niggle it would be the price for alcohol. Lucky I'm not a big drinker

   Went on a not so busy Tuesday evening. Food was very tasty and portions were large and filling. The smells from the open kitchen wafting across the restaurant make you salivate whilst you wait for the food. The pricing is comparable with the competition which is a bit pricey, The staff are friendly and efficient. It’s a good place to eat before or after an activity in this complex.
