   Staff were friendly and helpful, explained the menus and drinks well. Food was good, hot and tasty although you have to factor in any sides (fries, salad, etc) as these are extra. Cocktails are okay, not particularly strong, mostly sweet but reasonable price when 2-4-1 although the cocktails did seem to take a while to arrive despite not being very busy, hopefully at busier times they have more staff on. Overall, a good experience but for one other comment, not much reggae or west Indian music considering it is meant to focus on this genre of music, a bit too much pop music and not enough reggae, but not a spoiler as I like pop music too but others might be disappointed expecting a Jamaican sunsplash vibe.

   The food is spectacular. I especially recommend the fish wrap starter and the curried goat main. The cocktails are lovely and good value when 241. They also do a kids menu. The services is very good. We were served by Antony who was very pleasant indeed and he made us feel welcome and relaxed. He spoke to my 3 year old daughter to. Which was nice.

   Came here a few days ago for bottomless brunch for my friends birthday and we had the best time. The drinks and food were great and the staff were so welcoming and lovely, would definitely come back and definitely recommend for anyone thinking about going. Thank you for making her day great!!

   This place is always busy. Finally managed to get a table for dinner. The place and it’s decor is very lively and refreshing. The menu is good too. The cocktails were decent - was low on alcohol and seemed more loaded with syrup. The disappointment was with the service and food menu. We went for an early dinner but half the items on the menu were unavailable. The frustrating bit was that the waiters had no clue and we had to order three times before we finally got to something which was available. The food that was available was very tasty. It would have been a very pleasant evening with good food and drinks but for the missing items on the menu.

   We both loved it, what a great place! We booked a table online and were seated straight away. The lady told us there were 3 things unavailable on the menu as they had been quite busy lately. This is why I knocked off one star, but I assume it's a temporary and rare issue. When we go back I will adjust my review accordingly. The music gives such a fun vibe! We were served by Hugo who was absolutely lovely. He recommended which rums we could try and they were very nice (#173 black cherry especially). We had a starter of mac & cheese bites. Very spicy but delicious. For our main we had the curried goat, rice and peas and the curried goat hash topped with fried eggs. We were not disappointed! And it was a nice surprise when we got the bill. £38? Great value for such a nice meal! Hugo told us about the bottomless brunch and it sounds amazing. We're looking forward to our next visit, for sure. Thanks all at Turtle Bay, especially the chef and Hugo. See you again soon!!!

   10/10 experience today and excellent service from Daniel. The food came out really quickly and hot, the new menu made us want to eat everything so it was super hard to choose. We loved everything we ate and will definitely be coming back!
