Subject: Dangerous Driving Incident – Watton Road, 4th August 2025 I’m writing to report a serious incident involving one of your drivers. On the 4th of August 2025 at 12:13 PM, on Watton Road heading out of the city, your driver attempted to undertake two vehicles. This reckless manoeuvre was not only dangerous but nearly resulted in a collision. The driver had no right of way and showed a complete disregard for road safety. I strongly suggest you take immediate action before this individual causes a serious accident or worse. No car part delivery is worth risking someone’s life.
Seems like a common complaint which they are too stupid or stubborn to rectify.-Go in sales office -Bell on the counter and a passive/aggressive notice on the door saying you only need to ring the bell once and they can hear it and someone will come from the offices in the front of the building.Wait 5-10 mins,phone them up to get someone to come to serve me.Went to a return part on a Saturday morning,rung the bell-again no-one.Called phone no 2 or 3 times.-No answer.Eventually banged on roller shutter door outside and yes as someone else said-it seems like you are a burden to them.Guy came-may as well called me a liar as I said I'd phoned 3 times.Absolute bell end.And the part was extortionate. I suggest you move your office from front of building so you can serve customers who are unfortunate enough to need your expensive parts.And give the building a lick of paint-looks like that HMSO place by Anglia square
Called for some advice and help with an older car. Got through quickly, and got really good advice from an expert, who was patient, informative and great to talk to. They had the product I was looking for that many other places didn't have.
This business is very poor ,computers are never working, people dealing with customers out of a first floor window, having the driveway done while the business is open. Very poor and unprofessional.

My key fob battery died and they Wanted to charge me 120 for a new key because the battery doesn't come separately so means you need a new key every 4 to 6 years way a con
Rang the bell consistently for 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. Sounded like a social club behind the door with lots of swearing. I could hear the bell from where I was stood so I know they could. Gave up in the end and left empty handed. Non existent services.
Great phone service, just be prepared for a long wait if you go to collect your parts, either that or just keep your finger on the buzzer otherwise they ignore you.
