   I ordered some engine oil online. Drove to Norwich store to pick up and then the staff member went to get my order and returned to let me know that it wasn’t actually in stock even though online it said that it was in stock. But the staff member immediately upgraded my order to a different brand of engine oil with no extra charge. Halfords have never let me down ever when things rarely go wrong.

   Today I visited the Halfords Norwich store to collect a bike for Christmas. Although my voucher was valid and everything had been set up correctly by Halfords, the system unfortunately didn’t want to cooperate despite everyone’s best efforts. I would, however, like to give a huge thank you to the bike team at Norwich for their outstanding service. They handled the situation calmly and professionally, kept me informed throughout, reassured me, and ultimately resolved the issue. Thanks to them, I left the store far happier than I expected to be. Service like this is rare to find. Their professionalism, patience, and empathy were genuinely appreciated. There simply aren’t enough stars to reflect the level of service I received today. Thank you to the entire bike team at Halfords Norwich.

   I popped into Halfords Norwich to ask about options for putting Apple Car Play into an older car as a gift for someone. I initially spoke with Phil who was helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my query, later pulling in John and his expertise too when we were discussing possible options. John took the time to come and look in the vehicle to figure out exactly what was needed and I ended up being able to purchase an Apple Car Play kit at the right price point that will fit in the car, and have booked in for this to be fitted by John. Both staff were fantastic and I really appreciated the time and trouble they took to help me find the right solution. Thank you Phil and John!

   Bought a bike lock that had an issue on first use the key got stuck and wouldn't come out. Couldn't get back to the store for a few weeks, but when I finally did, the staff were brilliant! They replaced it instantly without any hassle. Really appreciated their understanding and quick service. Great customer care!

   Halfords have a reputation for having a wide product range and helpful staff. This is certainly true at this branch.I had to wait a while as there were not enough staff and a number of customers who needed individual attention (unexpected on a Monday afternoon!) but once I found Connor I had his undivided attention for an hour, when he fixed my Sat Nav advised me about products and sorted out my payment. Excellent, charming and knowledgeable with no pressure selling. He would like the car park organised into a one way system with an entry and exit point on the site and I agree with him. It must be a nightmare at really busy times. All the staff are obliging and polite. I won't hesitate to return. Gold star to Connor and all the guys. (it would be a five star except for the waiting and the car park!) Thanks Vivienne

   13.06.2022 Came to get my daughter a helmet for her scooter. First time I've bought one and couldn't fit it on properly. We went upstairs to the bike area and the sales assistant was very helpful, tried the helmet on, made sure it was a good it and not wobbly, asked my daughter to hit is had with her head. Service was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend as so much choice and not too long a wait.
