Polite staff and clean salon. Poor hair cut - I should have checked before I left... my blunt cut had to have the worst bits corrected by my husband before booking into another stylist elsewhere.
Outstanding service from the girls in Tonna. I had my wedding party there recently and all I can say is the girls did a perfect job with my hair make up and nails. The bridesmaids looked amazing too. I would highly recommend house of glam to anyone looking for great treatments and fantastic service Thank you all xxxx
I was in on Thursday for shellac nails and have been left very disappointed with the finish on my nails. Less than 5 days in and already 3 of my nails have chipped. I have tried to arrange to get this rectified, only to then be told 'sorry we are too busy'. I offered 3 alternative dates to get this done, but still no help at all. I have now cancelled my appointment with them on the 23rd December as the service has been shocking. This isnt the 1st time I have had this issue with the quality from this salon. I have given them the benefit of doubt previously but this is something I wont be doing again ....
Fabulous service.. All staff are very friendly and professional.. lovely modern shop.. looking for a glowing tan and glam nails or a relaxing massage here's the place to go .. Very good at fitting in appointments at last minute.. never been left down. Great service
Lovely clean salon, staff are all really friendly and polite, spray tan is a lovely colour, I've also had nails and lashes here too and both lasted longer than expected! Very happy customer xx
