   Always get brilliant results and professional treatment from Isabelle, she was recommended by a friend and I've not used anyone else for a number of different treatments such as microdermabrasion, waxing, vpl, Isabelle is friendly, makes you feel so comfortable and makes everything so easy.    Isabelle is an absolute delight. I've never had a wax experience this good and I've been waxing for a long time. I was so nervous about the Hollywood wax especially and Isabelle made it a comfortable and almost pain free experience. It was definitely the least painful Hollywood wax I've had. Isabelle made me feel at ease during the whole process and I highly recommend Et Voila Beauty!

   I have very sensitive skin around the bikini area so couldn't shave and I was fed up of using hair removal cream, only for the growth to come back after a few days. I am a very shy lady in her mid 50's and have always wanted a bikini wax, but couldn't get over the embarrassment and vulnerability of stripping off. After many years of wishing I could get over my insecurities I decided to bite the bullet and just go for it. I am so lucky I found Isabelle at Et Voila Beauty. I explained my nervousness to her and she immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything about the process along the way, which was helpful and reassuring. The salon is warm, clean, bright and welcoming - a lovely environment to help relaxation. I really felt comfortable in Isabelle's capable hands, I didn't feel the least bit ashamed or embarrassed. Isabelle is a very experienced, professional and mature beauty therapist, I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone wishing to have an intimate wax. I am already booked in for my next treatment. Thank you Isabelle, you have made my day and I am so proud of myself for getting over my own insecurities and nerves.

   Isabel works miracles! Having been a ferocious nail bitter for 35yrs the fact these (see pic) are my now natural nails speaks volumes. The use of builder polish has been a game changer to strengthen my nails and prevent the splitting and buckling of paper thin nails that was plaguing previous attempts on length. All I can say is massive thank you to Isabel and to any super league bitters wanting to see change then look no further than Et Voila beauty.

   Isabelle and the Et Voila salon itself is the perfect salon experience. I’ve been going to Et Voila for years now and I would never want anyone else anywhere near me! She’s not only the best at what she does but she’s taught me how to look after my body and make my treatments last better in between appointments. She also taught me what bad technique was so I could avoid bad experiences when I was travelling and had to use other people. I don’t do reviews often because I am super lazy. But this deserves one. I could not recommend this salon enough! You will be not disappointed. I will be a customer for life.

   I have been going to Isabelle for a while now and I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends. I go regularly for gel nails which are reasonably priced and she's always got a great range of colours. I've recently had the lash lift and tint and I really loved it, made my lashes look great, you wake up looking like you have mascara on. The app is great too, as you can book your appointment quickly online without the inconvenience of having to phone.

   I cannot recommend Isabelle enough! I wouldn't go anywhere else and have been a client for many many years along with other members of my family. Isabelle is one of the best beauticians I've ever had, and I've lived in a number of places within the UK and Internationally. She is very methodical, efficient, clean and professional! I think she's very bubbly, enjoys her job and making her clients happy with the work she carries out. Isabelle has trained and worked in London and you instantly know after your first treatment that you are in safe hands and having a 5* service. I wouldn't write this recommendation if I didn't feel this passionately about this beautician and her competence.
