   I’ve just had an amazing experience at Meme! I had an eyelash lift and tint and a brow wax and tint done by Sam. She was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel very welcome and at ease. I want to thank the girls for fitting me in at such short notice. I am ever so grateful. I will be going back for more treatments next week. Thanks everyone at Meme Maesteg.

   Booked a double massage for my friend and I, but was a little surprised to find that on arriving we were told they could no longer accommodate the 1 hr 30 package double massage (and had been apparently trying to contact me to tell me this the day before) therefore we ended up with a 30 min package. I have to admit, we were disappointed about this clerical error but still enjoyed the 30 mins we did have. The staff are friendly, atmosphere is ambient and relaxing - I always enjoy my visits. However, if the online booking system allows for a couples/double booking online then this should go ahead as booked - otherwise it should be removed from the online facility and maybe customers should be encouraged to call in to book, saving any complication. Honestly though, it is a great place and the standard of therapies is always high - so I would still recommend!
