   I have been going to this place for years for botox. she's done a great job every time and i always go back for my follow up to get it perfected after 2 weeks have passed. This is included in her price, so I feel this place is very reasonable.

   Sadly, I very much do not recommended! If anything goes wrong, which has to me, Fatima will not reply. Initially I was asking for her professional advice and support but she wouldn't reply. I was very polite and understanding, sent her lots of photos of the obvious problem and gave her ample time to reply, but she wouldn't. Extremely unprofessional for a business. I am also doubtful of her qualifications now. Please think twice about using Fatima, don't rely on these reviews and fully check the credentials of anyone offering cosmetic treatments. Don't end up like me!

   I got my lips done with Fatima. I’ve never had lip fillers before and I don’t do well with needles, however Fatima made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing jobs with my lips. Fatima is amazing at what she does and makes you feel so relaxed. I didn’t even feel any pain. Will definitely be coming back.

   I wish it was 0 star!!! I asked for keratin treatment, which Keratin strengthens and thickens the hair, while my hair was burnt and cut and a lot of my hair fell in the salon, unfortunately she have no knowledge of keratin and damaged my hair as you see. Response was unprofessional and unreasonable as you would expect from people with low level of knowledge and poor quality experience.I wish she would take responsibility for her work. Unfortunately, this lady Fatima did a big damage to my hair and she didn't even accept the damages, I paid 80 pounds for my hair, refunded 60 pounds, while I have to treat my hair for a year to return to its previous state. From the bottom of my heart, I advise girls not to go to this lady's hairdressing salon, she is completely new and has no special profession.
