   Very disappointed. Misleading and irresponsible advice. I’ve used Diss Car Parts & Accessories before for small bits and pieces without issues in the past, but this experience was unacceptable. They misled my 75-year-old father-in-law into buying LED headlights that are for off-road use only and illegal for road use. Both a lady and a guy wearing glasses assured him that these lights were fine and even claimed their own cars had passed MOTs with them fitted. That is simply not true and is extremely irresponsible advice to give - especially to an older customer who trusted their expertise. Selling illegal parts is bad enough, but lying to make a sale and putting people at risk of fines, MOT failure, or worse is appalling. Staff should know the law around road-legal lighting and be honest with customers instead of saying whatever it takes to close a sale.

   Great service at Diss Car Parts. They tested my battery and supplied a new one at a reasonable price. I fitted it myself but needed to borrow a ratchet set, which they happily provided with no issues. Also had engine warning lights checked and reset. Friendly and helpful team - highly recommend

   Called to check if a part was in stock as I'd been let down again by online eBay sellers trying to blame Royal Mail strikes for 5 day delays... They had it in stock and put it to one side for me. Priced similarly to online sellers. Can't fault them. Will be my regular auto shop now.
