    Disappointing Experience at Premier Shop I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this shop due to their inconsistent hours and poor customer service. Their listed hours state they close at 6:30 PM, but on several occasions, I’ve walked miles to find them closed before 5 PM. I even have photo from 5:24 PM showing the door locked with the “Open until 6:30 PM” sign clearly displayed. This has wasted my time repeatedly. When I confronted the staff about the early closures, they either denied it or rudely claimed they can close whenever they want. I politely suggested updating their hours on the door and Google to reflect their actual schedule, but they dismissed my request with a blatant “we don’t care.” The women working here are consistently unfriendly and display poor attitudes, making every visit unpleasant. As a Royal Mail and EVRI parcel hub, this shop is convenient in theory, but their unreliable hours and lack of professionalism make it a hassle to use their services. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop until they address these issues and show some respect for their customers.

    Slow on post office counter, poor woman trying to serve a queue of 6 peopl waiting for post office + convenience store purchases separate queue. Hardly any labels on shelf so no idea what most prices are. However when you're being served the custom is fine

    About 1 in 3 people in the UK have a sensitivity to air freshener but every time I go in there it absolutely stinks of the stuff. I'll have to go elsewhere in future.

    Awful service received, booked a DPD drop off online and was directed here by the DPD website. When I got to the shop i was informed that they don’t provide that service and when I said that the website said they do I was told I must be mistaken. I showed them the confirmation to be told by the staff member that “she only works there” and when I asked if she could at least speak to someone to get the info changed she said no. Really unhelpful and really old fashioned approach to dealing with a customer. Please don’t make the same mistake if you book a DPD Drop off because this person will delight in telling you you are in the wrong. Horrible.

    A busy service station on the motorway. Usually clean and well run with a variety of outlets catering for most tastes. As with all service outlets VERY expensive and rue fuel is almost 10-15p or more above the street petrom outlets.
