    Patience and practice pays off. Booked an appointment for today to have my nails done with the lovely Saffron who is building her confidence and self esteem to one day become a beautician and nail expert. I have always had acrylics so thought i would try something a little different and have bio sculpture on a natural set. Just starting out, Saffron had her first proper client (other than family and work colleagues) and that was me. From start to finish she was fantastic, very attentive, her attention to detail was excellent and didn't crumble under any pressure. She was gentle and made me feel very relaxes as a client. I have no doubt that she will thrive and become a great addition to the team at personal image. I will return in the near future.     My first nail appointment today and I've booked in advance for my next one. The place is beautiful, so clean, and both Michelle and Ellie and wonderful.     This is simply the best salon I've ever used, and as a result I've been going there for about 10yrs. Staff are fab and prices good. Recent changes due to COVID-19 have been implemented well, on my last visit, I felt safe, secure and despite all the necessary changes I found my visit enjoyable and relaxing. Nothing is too much for this salon. They are simply fab.

    Had color and haircut, color applied to only one side of my head and hairdresser could not cut my hair the same length, I had to take scissors and cut them myself this morning!!!! Also shampooing was painful and hardly any conditioner applied, my hair were electric and then badly styled! Paid way too much! I am so silly, I am too embarrassed to ask but should have complained and ask for a reduction because 52£ is way too much for that kind of style! I could have done it myself it would have been better! I will not go back!
