I'm so pleased i ignored some of the negative comments you can't please everyone. I walked in today and was greeted by a lovely lady I never been here before but had my nails done straight away she done a fantastic job I was very happy . I will definitely ho back and recommend this salon Thankyou x
I’m not normally one to read reviews let alone write them, safe to say if I had read the previous reviews I would never have come here. We called to ask if they had availability for 3 in fills and were told we could come straight away, we were seen very quickly. My friend was called first to a lady who we assume is the owner. Soon after I was called to a tall slim man with tattoos. I asked for infills, to be taken a little bit shorter and to have the same design I already had (deep French tip). My other friend sat in the waiting area for someone to call her. I flinched while he was filing my nails because he went a little deep, I apologise straight away just incase he nicked himself. There was no apology from him, he instead put in his ear phones, took hold of my hand very tight and filed my nails even harder. He then got an acrylic colour gauge to colour match me. He chose a colour and put it on my thumb and index finger. The colour was a little lighter and a bit more pink but as I had my nails done at a different shop last time I didn’t mind that it wasn’t a perfect match. He wasn’t happy with the colour match and wiped the fresh acrylic off my index finger and tried to do the same to my thumb, but it had already hardened. He then got just a tip of a nail drill and tried to scoop it out. I told him this really hurt as it was the nail he had dug into at the start. He then attached the tip to the nail drill and again filed my nail really hard. He asked me a question but I struggled to understand him, he turned to my 2 friends and asked them the same question but we were all stumped. He then stood up, threw his ear phones on the desk and held a loyalty card in my face. I apologised and stated I did not have one. He then stood to the side of me and shouted ‘you don’t have a loyalty card so I’m not putting colour on you’. He went back to his chair and the lady who we assume is the owner stopped what she was doing with my friend’s nails, looked at my nails and chose a different colour. She also stated that if it did not match she would paint over it instead. He then put a song on his phone and turned it all the way up - ‘My neck, My back by Khai - just a tad unprofessional! We both sat there in silence while he continued to be really rough. My friend that was sat in the waiting area came to sit by me incase anything else happened. My friend who had her nails done first had also come to sit next to me when she finished. When my nails were finished, the man stood up and told me to go to the desk and see someone else. As I was stood at the desk waiting, he came back out with another man and both stood in the back and watched me. I paid without saying anything, and the lady who we think is the owner gave me a half arsed apology and blamed his attitude on him having his ear phones in. I left as soon as I could and waiting for my friends outside. All 3 of us have wonky nails which are all different lengths and styles, and I also have a bruise under my thumb nail. Safe to say we will not be returning.
I came here yesterday the lady was lovely but the nails are terrible every French tip is different sizes and wonky and she filed my nails so hard it’s sore I have multiple cuts on my fingers and was charged £80 for a manicure and pedicure
Wish google had 0 stars, had the worst experience in my life.The young man looked about 5 filled my nails down so hard you could practically see the skin on the other side of my nail.i told him it was hurting but he kept filling down and my nail starting bleeding!! I asked for short nails, and the nails they give me were almost down to my toes! I said don’t you think there way to long and told him to go shorter and he had then thicker and longer!!!!Never returning again I’m gonna sue this place I’m telling you now never go there!And they never pay attention and then when they cut the side of my finger they blamed me for moving even though I was sitting like a rock that haven’t been moved in centuries.They don’t understand me when I’m speaking so they do the wrong design! All they do is gossip about you. I looked over at the man he wasn’t paying attention to doing my nails and I looked over and he was on his phone on tinder!! Never returning again over all terrible experience.this is a disgrace for Gorseinon and adding to how bad it is already. I’m very disappointed!
We like it here my daughter is 7 she enjoys a bit of mother & daughter pamper time she only has nail varnish but it's the time we spend just relaxing together, the staff are lovely aswell
I had overlays on my natural nails. The nail varnished used didnt budge! Lasted a full month with not so much as a scratch or chip in the finish. Well impressed. Going back to day to have the nail growth back filled.
Loved it at the nail salon. Had a pedicure, all dead hard skin and ingrown nail was removed successfully, such a relief... friendly staff..
Terrible terrible terrible My daughter had complete opposite of what she asked for !!!
