    Efficient on major service, but my dash cam was not reconnected. Major set back is lack of customer facilities. There is a limit to the time you can spend trawling round Norwich. Also car drop off is extremely restricted.

    Not a good start, no one in reception when i arrived. After checking in realised there was no where to sit and wait for the car and with nothing much nearby had to walk to a coffee place some minutes walk away. Not ideal but the tyres were fitted and i was on my way about 1.5 hours later. Would be much better if there was somewhere to wait (and free WiFi too)!

    I bought an electric bike here in early October, and within less than two months the electrical system developed a serious fault and became completely unusable. When I booked the repair appointment, they told me they would fix the brakes and diagnose the electrical issue. However, when I went to pick up the bike the next day, they did not tell me that the electrical problem was not fixed. I left the shop and, on my way home, discovered the electrical issue was exactly the same. I had to return to the shop again, which was very inconvenient. When I asked about a refund, they said it wasn’t possible because it had been over one month. They also told me that fully repairing the electrical system would cost more than the bike itself. If I want them to repair it, I must wait another month and pay £50 — yet they gave no official booking or written confirmation, only a verbal statement. This felt very dismissive and unprofessional. My English isn’t very good and I had to use a translation app to communicate, but I still felt ignored throughout the whole process. I don’t want to pay for the repair because even if they fix it, I doubt it will last long. The bike is now completely unusable, and this has been a very disappointing purchase.

    Actual service is fine but when it is busy they ask you to park in the store front car park - they have fitted ANPR cameras in there so I got a fine in the post! Company would not accept an appeal even though paperwork there and customer service don’t seem to know how to manage the situation

    I paid to have a dipped beam bulb replaced on my VW - the person was unable to do it properly. The bulb was installed incorrectly. The washer bottle was removed to take the bulb out and not put back afterwards. I had to pay to get another garage correctly install it. They really need to train their staff and not offer this service until this has happened. I could do far better myself watching a Youtube video for 5 minutes

    Needed 2 new tyres quickly so booked first slot and when I got there asked if they could do it straight away. Manageress had no issue with it and said it would be about an hour. 65 minutes later it was done. Great service .

    Extremely rude and unprofessional branch . !!Unfortunately after using this branch for many years both their customer service has gone drastically downhill. Promised me on 3 separate occasions to undertake a specific job I asked them to do with me car. Even on the day I took it in again I asked and was told they would undertake the work. Couldn't even check by phone if they had done the work as they don't answer the phone. Picked car up only to be told they didn't do it. They were extremely rude and unprofessional . Shocking behaviour but it seems that Halfords are returning to their old tricks of being untrustworthy

    Great service provided by Luke at Halfords Norwich. Changed lightbulb for me but noticed that another part had been damaged by the previous bulb. Gave great advice on where to find another part and was able to source one that day. He then fixed and installed the new part and bulb the same day.

    Managed to get booked in and seen very quickly. Smooth experience whole way through, my cars brakes needed replacing (which I didn’t realise), and the wheel shaft popped out, something the guys has never seen before. Felt relieved to have been in good hands and have constant updates. Really friendly and helpful staff, they were very thorough with showing and explaining the damage to me.
