   Won a voucher for this hair dressers. I rang and spoke to a lovely lady who booked my appointment. A few days before my appointment some rude woman who I am assuming is the manager rang me to tell me there must be some mistake. Implying I was lying about what it said on the voucher I had won. And then asking me to take it to her when I would have taken it with me to my appointment. I hope you see this review and check yourself on your customer service as your attitude was terrible. Rather than waste my time and my fuel driving to your hairdressers to prove what you wrote on your voucher I’ve uploaded the photos of it to this review. Please re think giving vouchers in future if you can’t follow through with what you are offering.

   I came in for a consultation before having my hair done so the salon can make sure my hair is well enough for what I wanted it to be like. I went in 9 o'clock Saturday morning blonde with dark roots. Yes I had different shades of blonde in my hair but it was very light blonde and dark roots. I asked for my hair to have pink under tones and a shadow root. The salon said it was possible to have my hair like this. I came out of the salon not so happy with my hair. I asked for pink under tones and I came out with green under toned like an ashy colour. To make matters even worse, I have never had a haircut this bad in all my life. It is so choppy, my hair isn't even, its all different lengths. I understand that the hair needed to be cut because it was breaking and wasn't picking up bleach as fast as other pieces of my hair but that is no excuse to leave my hair in such a state. I am not happy with paying £85 for a haircut I did not ask for whatsoever. I left my hair sit with the toner for 48hours like all salons advise you to do. I washed my hair with silver shampoo like I was told to do and it came out ginger !!! I understand if I had come into the salon with dark hair but I came in blonde and left darker than before ! In the consultation I should've been told that the hair wouldn't be possible to achieve and advise me to look into different tones of blonde so I can get what I had asked for. The front of my hair is darker than the back. The back of my hair is very patchy. The cut is awful ! I can't even put it up our if my face because the salon has cut a bowl around my head ! I wasn't even told they had put green under tones in my hair until it was already on my head meaning I couldn't do anything about it. The salon didn't give my hair enough time for the bleach to lift my hair as it was on for 20/30 minutes tops. Again, if the workers had realised my hair wasn't fit for this kind of colour I should've been told and I would've looked into finding a new tone of blonde. The worst thing about this all is the fact I have prom coming up and the workers knew that because they had all seen my dress. I asked for it to stay long and wanted pinky under tones so it'll look perfect with my dress. Instead I got ginger, uneven hair for my prom. I will not be returning to this salon any time soon.
