Walked in this morning no appointment, made very welcome,first time here lexi washed cut and blowdryed my hair and if I found I wasnt happy with my hair to come back and she would recut it for me,but Lexi I am very pleased with my hair ,I would recommend coming here to have your hair done thankyou
Ive been going to boosh for 10 yrs i suffer from seriouse health issues and have limited mobillity they have gone out of there way to make me feel welcome and shown me nothing but kindness they are friendly prices are great and they do an amzing job in all aspects of hair i would 100% recommend they tick all the boxes and then some
Unbelievable customer service! I had been growing my hair out for the past 6 months and didn't know whether I wanted to keep growing it out or not. Chopper was so nice and genuine, he cut my hair keeping the length first, said I could go home and if I didn't like it I could come back and get it cut short for free. He did exactly this and even made some suggestions when I had long hair on how to style it. If you care about your haircut and actually want to get it styled then this is the place to go. Great service and it actually feels like they care about how you feel about your haircut.
Mark and his team did a great job. They started by washing my hair, then gave me a proper scissor cut exactly how I wanted it. Unlike many others who just use the machine and rush through, Mark actually listens and understands what you’re asking for. I really liked the result and appreciated his attention to detail. This is definitely my go-to place from now on.
Customer service and staff were friendly. Cut Hair all over the floor was quite annoying though. They entertained us giving an urgent appointment on a Saturday afternoon which was quite accommodating.
I needed a last minute chop before a shoot on Sunday and was fortunate enough to be booked in on Saturday, the staff were friendly and welcoming and very obviously love what they do - the vibe in the salon itself is absolutely lovely, I have sensory issues and usually hate having my hair touched but they all were so easy to be around I didn't have any problems at all. They made 100% sure I was happy with my cut before I left the salon and did a beautiful job ready for Sunday. Zero complaints and definitely will be going back, excellent.
Andrew was unwell however Mark came in to cover his appointments. I appreciate my hair was struggling and it really needed a good chop I feel great and light headed knowing how healthy my hair feel!:)
Had my hair cut here today, I was a walk in and didn't book and they were really accommodating. I had a load of hair cut off and went from long hair to a Bob and Rhian was my hairdressers she done an amazing job and I'm so chuffed with it. My hair looks so soft, healthy and shiny, will deffo be going back.! Thank you very much staff of boosh.
Managed to get an appointment with Mark at short notice. Brilliant cut & blowdry, despite me having no idea what I wanted. Turned out perfectly. Really friendly service. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Mark! See you when I'm next in Swansea.
It was my first time with Boosh Salon. Great, friendly and very professional staff. I got a nice advise on my haircare. Absolutely love my hair both straight and naturally curly with a new haircut and colour. Looking forward to my return very soon for a refresh :)
