Had my hair done yesterday and couldn’t be happier, Sian listened to what I wanted and hit the nail on the head, spent loads of time making sure it was done perfectly-clearly knows what she’s doing! Other staff were lovely too offering toast and cuppas. Thanks
After waiting 30 minutes I left. Why make an appointment time you can't keep? Disrespecting other peoples time is rude.
They managed to fix an issue that different salon caused to my hair. 100% recommend it.

After sticking to the same box dye colour for a few years and not being sure of where to go that I could trust to change my colour without causing too much damage, I came to the Brynmill salon on recommendation from family. Thank you to the amazing team for taking the time to reassure me and to explain the whole process, and checking in throughout to make sure I was happy with how the new colour was going. They were able to complete a big colour change with bleaching in one afternoon, and were able to recommend products that have helped my hair to stay healthy after the bleaching process! They’ve also been on hand to help with advice for aftercare since the appointment too! I’d highly recommend this salon and will be back again.
Everything from washing my hair to finished look was amazing. Never had such a great experience at the salon and this was my first time there so I was a bit nervous. I am so happy about my hair and I think I found my new salon. Thank you so much. If you have any doubts, DON'T!
