Went up for a half up half down hairstyle for a wedding. Didn't use/offer heat defence on my hair which I didn't like. After a few hours the curls had completely dropped and the pins holding up my hair fell out. I ended up having to take it all out and wear it normal which was embarrassing. I have long, heavy hair but the gentleman said he had over 40 years experience so I would've thought he would know how to style different hair types. Hair pic straight afterwards, not after it fell out
Amazing service provided by all staff. I was very nervous about my cut and dye however Tony made me very comfortable and was able to do anything that I asked. Once he was done I was extremely happy with the outcome. My color, cut and overall look was great. I was so happy to see my hair look so great and I loved everything that was done. Would definitely recommend!! Especially (Tony)
