After my younger sister got her hair done and found that it didn’t quite come out how she hoped (due to miscommunication) we took her back and Vicky was wonderful, very patient with her when she was struggling to communicate what she wanted, and didn’t charge anything for getting it sorted, and her hair looks fab!
