I went to Hobos for the first time today and it was amazing! Georgie was soooo lovely and didn't have the easiest task with my extensions! I hate going to get my hair done but felt really comfortable there and the transformation is lush. I can't wait to go back for some colour next time :) thank you! Highly recommended x

Chemical burns on scalp I went here for a cut and colour and came home with cuts and sores all over my scalp. The pain lasted days and so did the scabbing and flaking. The customer service was even worse than the damaging chemical burns (that were confirmed by my GP). Staff were dismissive, gave no refund, and after days of communication promised £50 worth of products and then gave 1 product worth £25. Even though they did no patch test it was suggested it was my fault for having a sensitive scalp. Terrible service and no care for the customer.
All the people here are lovely and welcoming. Salon is always clean and tidy and my appointment always starts on time. Jordan is the only person I trust with my hair now! I find her very professional with lots of knowledge and she really helped me get my hair back in good condition after experiencing some hair loss ofter having my 2nd child. I highly recommend this salon.

Staff member given a photo of what was wanted and was told the look could be achived wife came home looking nothing like what was asked a simple dye could not get it right. Phoned to find out what could be done was told it might take a couple of goes to get it right. None of this explained to my wife who's hair is just a shade lighter than it was before going in will be going to use another hair company to correct this poor quality work. And then had a txt to cancel another appointment just to put hair up poor customer service and no confidence in the work they do. Speak to them first as I think most things they say they do they do not know how to more training needed.
