   I have had several services done by Debbie. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does and the hair I have lasts a really long time, every time. She deserves more recognition for her work, as she puts in 100% for every client she has. I do not understand the negative reviews that have been left, as I have seen not only her work, but her attitude, and both of which are wonderful. She truly loves what she does and that makes the world of difference, no job is too much, and she always works within my budget. Hair Care Bazaar may be a small salon, but with over 20 years of operation, and building this business from the ground up, it is honestly faultless. I couldn't sing her praises enough. If you're looking for extensions, Deb is your woman. I've been to many salons for the same services within the Swansea area and nobody does it like she does. Top quality service every single time. Check out HCB, you will not be disappointed!!

   I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. From the start, the service was unprofessional and rude. While shopping for the extensions, the stylist was impatient and dismissive, saying things like "make up your mind," which should have been a red flag for me to walk out right then and there. Unfortunately, I decided to give them a chance, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The stylist double-layered the extensions to save herself time, which has now rendered them completely unusable. This is not only unprofessional but a complete waste of my money. When I called to explain the issue, hoping for a solution, she was incredibly rude and started shouting at me instead of offering any kind of help or apology. This entire experience has been a nightmare—unprofessional attitude, poor-quality work, and zero customer service. I regret ever stepping foot in this place.

   Deb at Haircare Bazaar is a real specialist in hair extensions. I went through chemotherapy coming up to 2 years ago now, my hair was very short when I went for my first weave. Deb was fab, from the colour match to the fitting. I went back with no questions asked because the service was so good. Within a year of having a weave with Deb I have gone from having really short minimal hair, to amazing growth which is now hitting my shoulders. I cannot sing her praises enough. Depending on your hair, she will give you recommendations on the best option to get your hair to its best. Not like other salons who tend to push the more expensive services for profits. Haircare Bazaar is more concerned about you as a customer and achieving luxurious hair. I had full nano rings fitted yesterday and feel like a new woman, my confidence has instantly increased and Deb always goes above and beyond to ensure I am happy with the services that she provides.

   I've been going here for years and I have never had a problem with the extensions or weave. They have lasted me for months. I would never go anywhere else. In my option she's the best around! Sometimes it takes longer than expected but that's life. If u want a good job you should be willing to wait.
