    I was slightly worried about getting my hair done due to COVID but desperately needed some TLC and went for it. Thanks to the friendly and impeccable safety strategy implemented, I felt safe and secure throughout. It was a lovely experience and at no point was I concerned in any way.     This salon is fab. The staff are so welcoming and chat away while you're having your hair done. I've always been chuffed with my haircut. You're even offered a cup of tea! The salon itself is very tastefully decorated and they want to make it an experience for you, rather than a chore x

    I would give no stars but there is no option for that. I made an appointment for today, the 6th of November (my birthday) and have been waiting weeks. I booked to have natural dreadlocks because I absolutely love them and have always wanted them. And when I got to the salon I was told that the manager that does them was not at the salon and had left 10 minutes before I had arrived. I was not told about this before hand or called. And was not aloud do make a rebook because the manager will call ME back. Apparently he had a course that he needed to go to, if this was the case he shouldn't have made an appointment with a customer. I left very disappointed and will not be giving this salon my services, they missed out on a £200 appointment so their loss. Very poor customer service.
