I absolutely LOVE getting my hair done here. Fantastic service and great colour/cut from Buffy every time and honestly feel like I'm treated like a queen by her. It's such a fabulous experience there. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
They managed to squeeze me in on the day I called which was great. Had my hair cut by a senior stylist. I asked for a sharp one length bob to my hairline which they had to do twice while I was there as they had cut it with the back longer than the sides the first time. They didn’t check it afterwards and I had felt bad asking her to cut it a second time so was just pleased to leave. But when I got home I realised one side was quite a bit longer than the other (well over a cm). The manager offered to re cut it two days later which was also good but I was met with some hostility and twice she told me it was possibly due to my hair that it was longer one side than the other (which makes no sense at all) There was no apology. I tried to make conversation but it didn’t seem welcome. In the end she wanted to do something I didn’t want her to do and when I asked her not to do it the hostility increased. The gown was ripped off me while she’s shouting she’s the professional!. It is not the wonky hair cut that makes me write this review it was how I was treated by the manager whilst she re cut it. Blaming it on my hair type (straight and fine), no apology and hinting that I was wanting perfection when really I just wanted the cut I had asked for and paid for. Poor hair cut and terrible customer care by manager.
Love this salon - I drive over to the mumbles all the way from Tenby for my hair colour. Abbie looks after me and gives brilliant advice - I feel like I can whole heartedly trust her and love the colour of my hair that looks so natural. I’m an older lady of 68 so it’s great to find someone who gives all her enthusiasm and not stereotype me as an older person. Well done SY

Great experience today at Stacey’s new salon in Mumbles. The salon is beautifully light and airy a really relaxing experience. Lucy did my colour and I was really pleased with it-nothing was to much trouble,the staff are so accommodating plus if you have mobility issues there’s so much room it’s so accessible. Recommend the Salon highly.
I was desperate to have a cut before a hen party I had, they squeezed me in at short notice and I am so so grateful. I hadn't had my haircut in years as I'm so fussy but Lucy was brilliant, did exactly what I wanted and I came out so happy! Got my next cut booked with Abbie and I can't wait, would highly recommend :)
Beth took so much care to talk to me, cut and colour my curly hair. She dried it beautifully - the curls looked better than ever before. Really pleased with the cut. I think it was the best hair cut that I have ever had and I absolutely love the colour. Thank you so much Beth.
This week I went into Stacey Yuen Aveda Mumbles for a wash and blow dry. They did such a fantastic job and really took their time and care over my hair to get it just right and made sure I walked out feeling a million dollars. Such a lovely salon with such friendly and professional stylists. I can highly recommend.
