Good basic cut done on my daughters hair by a lovely young lady. I do think nearly £20 for a quick, basic dry cut/trim on a 14yo is a bit overpriced though, and that was with a "junior" stylist! For this reason we will not be returning.

After leaving a bad review before I received a phone call. I wasn’t able to answer the call but was left with a very nice voicemail from headmasters. They apologised and offered me any service to fix my problem free of charge. However you can’t fix my problem. In the end, hair grows! So with time I will feel my normal self again:) But overall I was pleased how I was dealt with after my complaint.
