Had been emailing with Andrew in regards to reproducing some lenses for Veglia Instruments. After sending several detailed emails containing pictures and answering questions and sending additional information. I was left with the I have submitted information for a quote on 2/28/24. I sent 3 additional email for an update or expected response time result was Andrew Ghosted me. A simple reply would have sufficed. I would be hesitant to do any other business with them when a minimal etiquette can’t be expected on such a small situation.
Very pleased with Omicron prompt response to my small electrical rewiring. Excellent response from all the team. I will certainly return for any other electrical or welding work on my classic Land Rover.

Omicron have great knowledge of Lancia cars, and if they have the parts, they send them promptly. However, they are not good at honouring commitments to phoning back.
Its the best Lancia specialist in the whole UK. Full stop.
