   Made a booking yesterday for today, and I when I turned up today for my appointment, I was told that it was booked in for 2 weeks time! I specifically asked for today and even said 'see you tomorrow'. First time I've ever gone and definitely won't be returning. Thankfully, I managed to get an appointment elsewhere, who were amazing.

   My wife had a cut and blow dry at the salon. Her stylist was David. She is really pleased with the result and would definitely return for her next appointment, assuming she is still an in-patient at Prince Philip Hospital at that time.

   I took my young daughter here today. Her first haircut in 3 years. (She's 6 years old, and wants her hair like rapunzel). An absolutely lovely gentleman Carwyn cut her hair, and was really good with her. I also asked him for advice about the possibility of losing my hair through chemo, and he was amazing! Very compassionate and very kind. Will definitely be going to this hairdressers from now on. Really Lovely customer service, and very clean salon

   Really bad experience Sarah has ruined my hair i came into their salon with better hair than I left with absolutely shocking! Tried to talk with her about it personally and she blocked me! Very unprofessional women very strong smell of cigarettes on her hands didn’t use any product on my hair this was my hair when I got home! I asked and showed her picture of how I wanted it and it turned out very poorly done! She used very bad technique of curling my hair with straighteners which ripped and snapped my hair! Left with damaged dry hair with very bad curls! Definitely needs educated seems like she’s lacking a knowledge

   David is my hairdresser, today was a very stressful day and he treated me with such kindness and patience. He took his time, cut my hair exactly as I like it, even though I said he could shave it all off. He helped me feel calmer and happier than I did when I stomped in. Everyone at this salon is kind and welcoming.
