Fantastic service. Great hair cut. Super friendly. Very welcoming and the whole experience was 5*. If ever I am in Swansea again I will be returning for a trim and a chat :)

Just left with my autistic son looking smarter than ever! He’s never actually sat through a full hair cut as his sensory issues get him worked up and it’s been easier to stop that make him suffer. But he’s just had a proper hair cut with A.K, with no upset, no tears, I think he even smiled! Amazing! Highly recommend! My son’s barber for life! X
always used these guys and always been a good trim, went in today and i’ve come home look like someone’s cut my hair with a knife and fork, he’s also cut my beard completely lob sided and i’ve had to come home and fix it myself, unusual for these lot but unfortunately i won’t be coming again

Always been fantastic, zees always cuts my hair. But today's visit was frightening sure the guy was still training there was no way I was asking for wet shave 'please bring back zees'
Just sat for 40 minutes waiting for a haircut. No queue ahead of me. None of the 3 members of staff even bothered making eye contact, or spoke to me. Just rude, ignorant and slow. Totally different to other times I have visited. Shame.
I didn't book an appointment as I totally forgot my fault... only waited an hour for my son to have his hair cut as he won't allow no-one else to cut it.. the best thing regarding figros they will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best service/hair cut even if they have to miss there own appointment just to make a little boy happy... thank you so much guys
