Amazing garage. I booked an MOT with a larger organisation down the road who let me down and I needed an emergency appointment. Staff were eager to help and kind throughout the whole process and managed to fit my car in last minute. Will be booking my car in for future MOTs with Brice. Thank you so much for your help! I do not recommend this garage. I paid approx 500 quid for a new clutch . This took around 2.5 weeks to repair. Previously I have been happy with the service I received to be fair. When I drove it away the clutch still slipped and the front of the car made a new noise. I reported this back. I then booked in for it to be looked at agsin fully expecting corrections to be made at no cost, as clearly the issue had not been fixed properly. I was then quoted a further approx 250 quid to repair clutch cables which were clearly broken. My issue is the original problem was not correctly diagnosed or fixed and I was sent away in an unsafe car. I do not think it was test driven after the clutch was replaced. And I do not understand why the cables weren't looked at at the first point of diagnosis . Obviously I will never know whether by coincidence both my clutch and the cables broke at the same time. But my trust in this garage is completely broken. It presents as a business that has over time , taken on way more work than they can safely carry out. I do not recommend
Having turned up at Brice Autos with no appointment they helpfully agreed to investigate an irritating rattle which had developed in my car. I had a 400 mile drive ahead and really wanted to check all was well before I set off. Turned out to be a broken suspension coil spring. They pulled out all the stops and sourced and fitted a replacement all in the space of around 3 hours. Amazing service, good price and all carried out in a cheerful and friendly manner - can't recommend them highly enough.
Good Honest Garage. If you’re looking for a “turn a blind eye” garage, this isn’t it. I’m a technician myself and was impressed all the way round. Would definitely use again if required, really friendly front of house staff and went out of the book to fit me and complete the work required to get it through the MOT quickly. Great Service.

Fantastic garage that goes above and beyond. I use this garage often and always recommend them to others. Its a very busy garage which shows the demand, but they always try to accommodate and seem to work endless hours. As a nervous driver, I was extremely grateful when they assisted me , on many levels, with my most recent car purchase. Such a relief!
