   SMS have been extremely helpful and informative. Dropped my car off at the garage and they kept me in the loop through out the day about what was happening and gave me options, letting me decide what I want to do in the end.    We have used this garage for over 10 years now. They are so helpful if an issue is ever found on one of our cars. They always explain what the issue is and offer different options, so that we can make our own mind up, but are happy to give honest advice on what is the best course of action and are even happy to give you advice when buying a vehicle. I would recommend SMS to anyone reading this, 100%.

   My car broke down last weekend around 10 miles from home, I called SMS Autocare first thing the next morning and had just the best and friendliest service from receptionist Vicky (hope I caught the name correctly!) and within a few hours it had been collected and they were already working on repairs. Quality and speed of repairs was brilliant and a really reasonable price for the work that had to be done. I'll definitely return in the future for other work that may need doing, for the fantastic service from the mechanics and the most reassuring customer service from reception.
