Daniel was fantastic and cut my sons long hair. Made him super comfortable and did everything asked. My son was super happy and we will go back for the next cut.
Super chuffed with my little boys hair cut, he even has wax in it and looks so cool, but even more chuffed at the service we got. My little boy is autistic non speaking and Chris is plan is really reassuring and the end goal will be for him to sit in the chair on his own. The phone call prior to the hair cut was heartfelt and encouraging and we are beyond grateful to chris for willing to go the extra mile in making my little boy as comfortable as possible. It was my sons first time at Urban barbers we were recommend by my brother in law who has gone there for over year and a half, the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Dan who was very friendly and made you feel welcomed and at ease, he was very professional he was so good with my son and advised when my son showed it which way he would like his hair. Got a hair cut from here today, Daniel listened carefully to what I wanted, went in looking for a bit of a confidence boost and feel like I’ve not had a better trim after having been to dozens of barbers over the years so much appreciated! Will be going back in a couple of weeks.

I recently took my son here to have his hair cut after it had been made a total mess by a previous barbershop. I cannot reccomend this shop enough, from the minute we went in we were made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much. They were very honest about what I would need to do to get my sons hair back to looking good again and very reassuring about the process and how long it would take. I will definitely be returning with my son for future hair cuts and be highly recommending to all my family and friends in the future. Great experience overall.
