   This has to be my worst experience at a barber's shop! I walked in off the street without an appointment the lady who was cutting a gentleman's hair asked if I had an appointment. I did not, and she informed me there was one more customer waiting and I could be after him. I said that's fine and she used her phone app to book me in. I then endured approximately 30min of mind numbing chat whilst she cut the hair of the gentleman ahead of me. I was then offered the barbers chair and just before I could sit down another customer walked in claiming to have a 2.30 appointment. The hair dresser then asked me if it was OK to wait again until 3pm! I replied no it's not OK and left the shop disgusted and disappointed.

   5 star review due to the incredible service, experience and expertise. The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and knowledgeable on the latest styles. Very impressed with the quality of hair cut readying myself for an interview. Was a very reasonable price for the amount of time, care and attention. Will be back!
