After an accident outside my house 4 days before Christmas, whereby someone reversed into my front bumper, dislodging it and causing a substantial amount of damage, I had to go through the insurance and was offered compensation as it wasn’t my fault. Having searched Google for bodywork repair shops in Norwich, I rung and spoke to the owner and explained the situation and was then advised to come down and they would be able to quote and see the damage directly. Having helpfully advised my next steps with the insurance company and having given me a full price for the work needed, I took the compensation and was given an estimate of four to five days for the work to be done and it was completed to an excellent standard within two to three days and it doesn’t look like it has been in an accident!
Took my Mini in after someone tried to break into it and buckled the boot hinge, they gave me the details of a local salvage yard to get a new hinge and were able to fit it for me the same day on a Saturday, I’m very grateful and would recommend.

I've been using these guys for years. Paul is hard to get hold of but once you do manage to get the car booked in the work is top notch and very reasonable.
Disastrous service - complete waste of time. Needed a replacement bumper for a Toyota Aygo. Called up and they said they would get an estimate for the new parts so they could give a quote when I took the car in. When I did that, they had not got the costs. Followed up twice the next week by phone but no progress. Final straw was when I got a call that they were phoning about a BMW repair. When I said my car is a Totyota, they said they just have the wrong number and despite my protests that I was still looking for a quote for my Toyota, they just hung up. Wasted 2 weeks before getting another bodyshop to do the work effortlessly. Sounds like the work they do is good if you are lucky enough to get to that stage.
Had a good experience with them, the car looked immaculate when it was done. Only issue was the uncertainty of when it would be done, and was completed later than we had agreed.
What a superb garage. Paul is old school and looks after your vehicle so well. He is reasonably priced and service and work is excellent. I would certainly recommend him. I came by him from a recommendation and most certainly will pass it on. Thank you Paul.
