Excellent service. They accepted my broken down car. Fixed it all and did what I asked. Then MOT’d. very happy they did everything they said they would. Communication good throughout the time car spent at garage. And washed it!!! So pleased.

I have been using this garage for nearly twenty years. The staff are well trained and very friendly. I have used them for everything from a service to engine rebuilds. The pricing is good compared to some main dealers. They can supply courtesy cars and keep up with the latest tech even EV cars. Highly recommend.
Just recently had an excellent experience with DLH Autocentre. Called in last friday regarding a possible car puncture. They booked me in the next day and did an brilliant job fixing it at a very reasonable cost. Very impressed with the service and many thanks.
In 25 years of motoring, this is without question the worst garage I have ever dealt with. Zero regard for urgency or their customers and on 6 occasions I was promised a call back which never happened. I always left 24-48hrs beyond the promised time, and after them having my car for a month they have still yet to ever actually contact me. Literally the first question I asked when phoning was whether they were busy as this is urgent. A month! I made them aware that I have had to use holiday and take time off without pay as I cannot get to work. Even now when I give up and ask for the car back they promise to call back in an hour with the bill, 5 hours later they’re closed and surprise, surprise no call! If you value your sanity and actually want your car sorted, go elsewhere, literally anywhere! They’ve replaced an EGR valve which I could’ve done in 10 minutes. A month! Never known anything like it. So remembering that I called at 12:30 Thursday afternoon, the reply says I now potentially have to wait all day Friday (now over), Saturday (they work Saturdays) and Monday before even getting a call. If anyone was in doubt, I feel this nicely proves my point about the lack of urgency. 3.5 days to work out the bill while I can’t get to work to earn the money I need to pay them for doing nothing with my car. Amazing! Once again, I need this car back so I can fix it since you can’t/ won’t. I need it back urgently! It has already been a month with no progress. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here! Am I?Honestly, I don’t even want to talk to these guys again. I just want my car back!
The guys at DLH are fantastic. They look after all motoring needs for mine, my son and my daughter's cars, from bulb changes to MOTs, servicing and more. Been extra helpful recently by fitting my son's car in for some extra work that needed sorting last minute before a holiday. Couldn't ask for a more friendlier or helpful team. Thank you.

Very pleasant people friendly accomodating polite. Very helpful to save you money and as a pensioner money's tite it's like going back a few years in time when people really did care Dave and Nathan really work as a team it's brilliant that's not to say the mechanics are all as brill. Perhaps as time goes on I'll meet them so happy to find a garage I can trust
