Had an issue with my partner's car, and Norwich Vehicle Services just happened to be the closest garage. Simon was very friendly and extremely accommodating over the phone, listening to the issue we were having and saying we could drop the vehicle off that day. I was expecting to wait for a few days before it could be fixed or looked at, but NVS took the time to look at it the very day we dropped off and come up with a temporary fix to get us back on the road. Overall, we were without a car for barely 5 hours. Exceptional service, and more than reasonably priced - super impressed!
