   We have been to Sam's for aroubd 6 times and my son has always had a great hair cut. However today, i waited in the car for him. He texted "i don't know whats happened" and shortly after, i saw the worst hair cut i had ever seen. A skin fade with absolutely nothing taken of the top of my sons very thick hair. We always show them a picture of his last cut as a guide. I immediately returned with him to complain and had a torent of abuse. I stated that the cut was appalling and unfinished and was told repeatedly that that was wgat my son wanted. Complete lies. Despite just wanting them to fix it, they just kept arguing with me. I had to step outside as I was so distressed. They addressed my sons awful hair (of sorts) but did not style it. We won't be returning. Very very disappointed in their attitude to complaints.
