   It’s such a shame the owner is not here more. I used to go before and he’s very nice and friendly. I went today and had a horrible experience with his staff. One in particular has a huge attitude problem, rude, aggressive and just a generally unpleasant man. I asked him to stop cutting my son’s hair as he was uncomfortable only for him to want to engage in an argument. I asked several times to just let me pay so we could leave and he wouldn’t let it go. In the end another barber stepped in after which I paid, left and went to my normal barbers in uplands who give us a completely different experience. I’m not sure what’s going on in this shop but the atmosphere is horrible. It’s a shame as I’m local but I’d rather drive 20 minutes than ever go here again. If the owner is reading this please deal with your staff. They will ruin your business.
