   I normally see Luke here and today met James ( They both appear to be part of the management ). I had a fantastic experience from ordering online 4 x tyres and getting the battery, wheel alignment check and brakes all inclusive as part of the process. They charge you for any wheel alignment adjustments irrespective of if the tyres are newly fitted, which came as a surprise, but the professionalism displayed rewarded the charges, as they spent time plus more time to get things sorted. Why buy new tyres as a set of 4 and not get them all adjusted and aligned to do their job. James was kind to accept 10%BLC. This place will get you sorted, but best to book in, as they get flooded with walkins and you can't entertain everyone without burn out. Thank you James and go well buddy! I hope not to see you at Kwik Fit Thorpe Road in the near future!

   Excellent experience. I Booked in for a free brake check as I knew they were getting low. The booking process was very easy, and I was offered a choice of convenient days and times. The inspection was thorough, and it was clear that the technician was experienced and knowledgeable. He talked me through the condition of each brake, provided the wear measurements in line with the recommended limits, and even showed and explained to me exactly what he was seeing — which I really appreciated. His transparent and informative approach, along with the expert advice he offered, was truly first-class. I scheduled the recommended work a week later and once again experienced the same exceptional standard of customer service and professional advice. ● Ease of booking - 5/5 ● Customer service - 5/5 ● Informative 5/5 ● Cost of work - very competitive/5 Fantastic customer service!    It’s busy for a reason. Great garage franchise which is well-run & offers competitive pricing. The chaps working there are friendly & hard-working, & produce excellent results. They are honest & don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. I had Luke fit new tyres which he completed fast & to an excellent standard. Was even more impressed to learn afterwards he is the assistant manager & was helping coordinate all of the work going on.

   Have used Kwik Fit for tyres a few times before, as the price is often good and the turn around time is short. However with my last set of tyres one of the valve stems was leaking due to improper fitting. After taking it back for a quick follow up, the leak was fixed. But as I was detailing my car yesterday I noticed a massive scratch on the rim of the alloy wheel. I hope the same thing won't be happening to other customers. In any case I won't be using Kwik Fit again.

   I’m disabled and stopped in without an appointment, (to get my private registration plates taken off my car and replaced with my original registration plates). The man in reception said” take a seat and I’ll do that now for you”. It took 5 minutes and when he came back to reception and said ”all done for you” I asked how much, he said ”no charge it only took 5 minutes”. What a refreshing change to find a company like this. KwikFit, Prince of Wales rd, in Norwich, Norfolk. Thank you so much. I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

1. Family abroad ★☆☆☆☆

   It’s seems like Chip N Dale works there. Called on Friday to get my car fixed, got the appointment for today, and before heading there, called to inform that I was going to be there in soon. For my surprise, I was informed that I couldn’t stop by, as my car is hybrid, and there’s no technician available to work in my car. So why didn’t you book it then, first of all? To waste my time? Then, the guy on the phone told me he would sort it out at another branch and would call me back. Surprise, he didn’t call me back at all. I had to call another kwikfit myself and sort it. Wouldn’t recommend nor stop by here not even if the service were for free. Gave 1 star as I can’t give a zero. Awful customer service.

   Irrelevant the amount of years kwik fit has been up and running they still expect the customers to sit and wait for prolonged periods of time on plastic wipe clean but stained over the years with oil seats. Whilst the work undertaken is usually of good quality sadly the customer areas are like the work shops ( grubby, stained, and in desperate need of some sort of make over (as can be seen by pictures ). This way when a customer waits 90 minutes for a tyre change or another MOT failure they don’t automatically feel they have been taken for a mug when they see the size of the bill. I would usually recommend Wilco but as the car was a fleet car I had to take it to Kwik Fit and everyone there was very pleasant but not in any rush to get the customers job completed from what I could see and always a reason or excuse for the delay. I would have no reason not to go to Kwik Fit but now understand why they got rid of the TV advertisement “ you can’t get quicker than a Kwik Fit Fitter” !!! Wanna bet …….
