What a great time. An excellent dance hall, queues for the bar were not bad.

I attended a Christmas party on the 13th of December. The venue itself is lovely; however, the three-course meal was extremely disappointing. The starter was already on the table before I had even sat down, which I’ve never experienced before and found quite off-putting. The main course lacked basic elements such as sprouts and stuffing. The turkey was very dry, and the gravy resembled dirty water rather than something appetising. Dessert was equally poor — the pear was dry and unpleasant. The entertainment was average at best. Unfortunately, the DJ was particularly bad; a simple Spotify playlist would have been a significant improvement. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The only thing that saved the evening was the great company I was with. Next time, we will definitely be taking our Christmas party elsewhere.

Great Venue, had the pleasure of seeing Peaches and Suede there and had a great time. Bar could do with 0% beer as I'm no longer a professional drinker.

The Winter Gardens is a great venue for the annual beer festival. I do wish it still had the additional space of previous years that housed the food, stalls and family area. This year the food is particularly good. I had the vegetable roll, curry and chips. The vegetable roll was an imitation sausage roll and I'm sure people would not know the difference. The curry and chips were exceptional with very fluffy chips, much better than skinny fries. Staff are friendly and helpful and the toilets are always clean. There must be a lift for wheelchair users attending as there are otherwise a lot of steps to contend with. £14 for 9 thirds of beers is great value but a sizable increase on last year's £10 a sheet and £2 more than the advertised price in the tasting notes.

Brilliant place, came here for Oktoberfest last year, it was fantastic, plenty of disabled facilities too.

Excellent venue for the Spring Concert of the Eastbourne string orchestra. Bright airy, well lit, beautiful floor, and good vision provided as the orchestra was on rostrum Beautifully appointed and free on street parking very close by.

The show was good. ABBA tribute. Sound could have been better. Bag search hit and miss. They were to busy talking amongst themselves. Queue for bar was long and impeded peoples view chairs very close together. In fact the person next to me had her backside on my chair!!!! Sadly, near someone that stank of cigarette smoke.

Came here for the Eastbourne reggae festival. Excellent day out. Plenty of bars and nice Caribbean food, but a bit pricey. Music was good with a variety of acts.

Fabulous concert. Excellent food. The venue was dated yet great acoustics. I was impressed by the toilet although venue was nearly sold out. The toilet were kept very clean. Thanks a great day
