   The staff are very happy to provide high quality service to select customers; for example, offering cake, bubbly whilst you browse etc. But equally happy to overlook and discount others (They walked past me on 4 separate occasions). When questioned on this I was told it was due to a member of staff being on lunch. I think otherwise. Very unfortunate as I was hoping to purchase a few items, but would not return.

   Used online for the first time yesterday and ordered 2 Fynch Hatton mens shirts , free postage ! My husband is very happy as one of the shirts he could not get in his size anywhere else, as sold out and it was in the sale! They arrived today, on a Saturday via DPD! I am very happy with this amazing service and have now made another order from them. Thank you very much

   The staff were perfectly pleasant for the five minutes I engaged with them . However, having detailed my requirements to them over the phone before travelling there, not once did they mention they don't carry ANY clothing in a 36 chest. So having wasted my time and money visiting, I was met with an entirely fruitless experience. It seems they don't feel the slimmer gentlemen deserve fine tailoring! They could only suggest second rate, high street fashion retailers as an alternative when I was clearly looking for quality clothing in a classic and timeless style. Overall a jolly poor show and I shall not be returning and, if you happen to be below a 40 inch chest, I suggest you don't bother either!
