Always friendly and welcoming. Needed an outfit and the staff, especially Kayleigh, were so helpful in finding something. Also super dog friendly. So glad we have this shop in St Neots!
I had an online order delivered to my st Neots store which arrived very quickly but unfortunately when I got it home. I found the security tag had been left in place so I took it straight back and very helpful lady called Magna said they didn’t have the removal machine there to take the tag off but she went out of her way and went to 3 different shops up and down the High Street to try and get it removed for me and even offered to take it to the Cambridge store with her the next day to get it removed, but in the end we re-ordered it and she’ll send that one back. Very impressed with the Help I received thank you very much.
A lovely and polite welcome from the staff & lots of fuss for my dog Ava who was very grateful for the attention and treats. Thank you ladies! We will be back :)
High quality product. It can be pricey, but the clothing is good. Haven’t ever purchased anything in a FatFace before, but this one was super clean and the staff were nice. Had loads of attractive products on offer, so was hard to resist. Definitely shop here again.
It's ok..it's a shame the men's section is so small. Most of the shop is catered for women.
Lovely shop, with friendly and helpful staff. Found all I was looking for, and more. Better still, dogs are welcome so I was able to visit en route to Riverside Park. And Pippa got treats! We'll be back - thank you!
Love this place, good choice of clothes
Although I really like the clothing they offer the service was really unfriendly and more sarcastic than anything else. If it wasn’t meant as a present they could have kept their items. We definitely won’t come back, we haven’t experienced such a negative customer service for a long time. Can’t recommend the shop in St Neots.
Nice little Fat Face store with the high quality Fat Face is famed for with the heavy price tag to go with it, slightly small and with there was more men's items but as it goes cannot fault staff or shop itself, clean new and modern worth the price but a sale is always appreciated
