   Amazing experience with the venue and staff! The room that I booked was huge and meant there was plenty of room for all the children, parents and a bouncy castle. I received a full deposit back as well which was a lovely bonus. Would highly recommend and would happily book again for a future party!

   Thank you Tom and team for all your help with our gathering in Shelley Room for over 25 people. They helped with the setting up, screen for photos, the music & clearing away of tables and chairs. Cafe One22 provided excellent food and drinks and ensured no food or drink ran out, thank you so much Jo and staff. There was ample parking and all staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Couldn't have been better, thank you all.

   Have held my little boys birthday party here twice in the Shakespeare Room with the Chaucer Room as well. It's great for parties, car park at the venue and street parking also available. The hall is a great size, enough room for 30 kids and their parents, a bouncy castle and soft play along with tables for food etc. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

   We recently celebrated the Christening of our son in Heene Community Centre and venue was great for us. We had 2 connecting rooms which was perfect. The staff were all so helpful from viewing the place to decorating till the end of our party. A big shoutout to Tom who assisted us and to the caretaker during the event, sorry I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful and kind despite the kids running and shouting around the room while he was setting up. Thank you again to all and we will definitely be back for our next occasion! They have a lovely room with downstairs connected to the garden which looks amazing for a children’s party.

   Excellent venue with friendly staff, catered for our every wish and worked with us for the parts we wanted to do ourselves. Very relaxed atmosphere which was just what we wanted. Set the food up for us and helped to clear away as well. Gave us our perfect day.

   We hired the Shelley Room for a work event- Afternoon Tea and Entertainment. Heene Community Centre was the perfect location with parking, staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. Affordable, spacious and Accessible. Thank you for helping us host a lovely afternoon.
