   Loving the spring/summer collection in store, very colorful and there’s always something for everyone. Staff are friendly and would always greet us and ask if we need help when browsing. I always visit when I’m in city and have to stop myself from buying something new.

   Manager Sally is APPALLING. Doesn’t even know her own stock! Called to check an item was in before I drove the hour round trip and paid for parking, confirmed by manager and when I arrived was not there. All she offered was to order the product charging me in full for the delivery! The absolute nerve when I was already out of pocket based from her incorrect confirmation! Escalated to customer services for her area manager Dannii Cass to call me back and not heard anything. No wonder so many of their branches are closing down!

   A lot of really nice clothes, but it's a bit overfull considering it's a shop for larger ladies! Not much room to get around. The staff are all lovely, and very helpful. Good value too.

   My wife and I were visiting Milton Keynes with friends, unfortunately our friend had to return a pair of trainers to Yours Clothing which she had received in the post the day before. To say that the staff couldn't have been more unhelpful if they had tried would be an understatement. Even though she had the order number and receipt on her phone the staff did not or would not help, so not a good advert for this store.
