Very rude staff, was waiting at till for like 10 minutes before someone came and the person serving me had horrible attitude, please hire people that are kind to customers. disappointed
Good sized store, clothes for adults and girls 9 - 15 years old. Reasonable prices as well.

Visited today to do a bit of a complicated transaction with returns/exchanges and was dreading the disapproval of the cashier staff, but instead had some wonderful customer service - so friendly and helpful. Lovely store as well, clean and tidy, plenty of space to push a pram through
Only used the men's section, which is very small compared to other Next stores. A small selection of jeans. The only real selection is shirts and underwear. I did find a pair of jeans, however I could not find a sales assistant to take my money. I saw the lady in the household section (also upstairs) but I didn't disturb her as she was chatting to someone (a customer, thought), but she did see me at the checkout. A few minutes passed and I called out "service please." It turned out the "customer" was the clothing sales assistant. That was my main disappointment.
Good size store, but it could be bigger for its range. You always can find the main items and clothes from the new look range.
