   I had a very unpleasant experience here. I followed my wife into the changing area to help her, and despite the cubicles being curtained for privacy, a staff member loudly shouted at me: “EXCUSE ME, YOU CAN’T GO IN THERE BECAUSE YOU’RE A MAN!” This was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. A simple, polite explanation such as, “Excuse me sir, I’m sorry but we don’t allow others in the changing area,” would have been perfectly fine. Instead, I was spoken to rudely and singled out in front of others. Also, please don’t assume people’s gender. A little respect and professionalism would go a long way.

   There customer service was terrible they close at 5:30 and I asked kindly if they could reserve me a pair of heals and laughed in my face and said there closed disgusting I will never shop there again and when I went into the shop earlier that day they walked away from me a girl who had gingerish hair had a disgusting attitude with me

   I purchased a dress and a pair of shoes online, opting for delivery to the Northampton store for collection. Despite reaching out to the store multiple times to check on the status of my orders, I was consistently told to call back as they hadn't received their delivery and had no updates. Additionally, I sent an email through their online platform but received no response. Disappointed with the lack of communication and service, I won't be ordering from them again.

   My wife needed outfits for a ballroom and Latin dancing weekend. Excellent selection of evening dresses. Bought three. Reasonably priced. My wife looked beautiful and we had a fab event. The staff were great and very helpful.

   Helpful staff, we're polite even when busy. Queue for the changing room was managed well. Only downside is the dust and dirt on changing room floor is not great!

   Had a wonderful experience at Quiz today, I don’t no who the lady was but she had Dark hair. She helped me to find an outfit for a funeral involving blue. The lady was not pushing to sell but could tell she had my best interest to make sure I looked nice even when I was unsure. Thank you so much :)
