   I've been going to see live bands at all types of venues for nearly 45 years and I've never been anywhere where the staff, security and venue layout has been so good. All the staff and security were really helpful and friendly. The crowd were great too (though that may have been because of the band!). Can't wait to go again.

   It was our first time going to the Factory, seeing Ferocious Dog. Blown away by how warm and friendly the staff were. Having found out it was our first visit, the door staff took us to the ticket booth, and showed us where the toilet and bar was. So welcoming. The drinks were well priced. The views of the stage were great. The place was full, and the atmosphere great. 100% will come back and recommend this venue.

   Such a good venue, very Intimate and you great a great atmosphere. Staff are friendly, also a little place outside to get some food before the gig (within the grounds of The Factory). Been here multiple times now and it's just a little hidden gem. Always great artists, local bands too and they keep brining top artists along. 100% recommend.

   This is a great place to watch music. Getting in was straightforward - polite staff and no queues. Once inside it was busy but not jammed. We managed to get seats and had a pretty good view of the stage. And the other punters were on their best behaviour. It was easy to get a drink from the very efficient bartender. There was a good selection of tasty food from the kiosk outside - she kindly delivered it to our seats.

   First visit - very impressed. Polite security lad at the gate. Outdoor bar, food kiosk, band merch stall. Walk with a stick these days so asked about seating for the Blaze Bayley gig. Steven (hope I got his name right) greeted me by name at the door, took me to my seat and carried my drink over for me. Great venue, lovely staff.

   Played here with One Last Day and have to say one of my favourite venues. The whole staff and team truly care and really can run an event! All audience members are well looked after too and had a great time! Will be returning whether as a punter or a band! ❤️

   I watched a charity gig here in honor of billy a week ago.... I must say it had a great vibe, a really raw, all about the music kinda place. I didn't know what to expect on my arrival but was pleasantly surprised. Good Guinness too!
