Absolutely awful service! Told me they would be 10/15 mins they turned phone off never turned up. Why couldn’t you just tell me you didn’t want to do it rather than just not turning up! Will never call again shocking service I can’t believe it

Absolutely poor customer service when we called to arrange a urgent taxi we were hung up on the second try to check if it was a mistake the second he noticed it was same person we was hung up on again I would not get this service for my worst enemy! Ridiculous
absolutely disgusting service, was told no drivers working at 5pm as no night drivers, this was a Tuesday evening. I have used on other occasions and they are rude and act as if they are doing me a favour. Will never use them again
Very rude staff and insanely overpriced. I understand it is a small business but the fact the the drivers make mistakes and then are unable to take accountability for it is honestly horrible. This taxi service is truly unreliable and the staff are poorly trained. When looking for a taxi, just find any other alternative because its not worth it.
Such a rude lady!! Would never use again!! Didn't even know where she was driving to and was only 2miles up the road, stopped in the middle of a main road at 12.30 am to look at her sat nav, save ur money people and make sure you get home safely by using ABC!!
Booked this firm about an hour before we needed them on Saturday night. They turned up on time, driver was polite and chatted to us all the way to our destination. Fare was very reasonable compared to where we live. Would use them again and recommend
Awful service, awful behaviour in front of my children and took a personal phone call moaning about the kitchen fitter that didn't turn up. Perhaps your bad mood wasn't that you forgot my booking that I had to prove I had made with you but that you had had a bad day. One company I will never use again. I gave a generous 1 star as we did actually arrive and not too late.
Polite and friendly service from a local firm who have NEVER let us down in the 11 or so years we have done business with them. Going way above the call of duty.Really can't understand a few of these reviews as they certainly don't paint the same picture of the people we know. Keep up the good work!
