   Worked on my car and was thrown out be the price and customer care… Rude and dismissive, Paul took in my care with 0 notice so that part is very appreciated BUT he told me it would be done the next day, 2 days later I have to chase him, was told to call back around 4 and when I did he then was rude and said “I’d have it done by now if people didn’t keep ringing me and to call back for 5:30, not many many people do what I have done with no notice” He’s botched part of my car (not major) and when asked for the price on the phone prior to pick up he said he didn’t know and it wouldn’t be too major and was invoiced for WELL over what I had expected. 2 stars for service and speed but very poor customer care and communication wouldn’t recommend

   PERFECT. Turned up to book a retest. Met Paul, Lovely Man with a fantastic attitude, Got me in for the same day. Bit of a wait but hey they are popular and busy. Retest sorted and passed. Staff were pleasant to talk to and very helpful. I'm an retired Mechanic besides other skills and am fussy. I recomend this Garage. Thanks Paul

   Very frustrating experience and poor customer care from the start. Took my old car there as leaking badly. I'd asked for a quote of works before work started but they did the work anyway and gave me a bill I had no choice but to pay to get car back two weeks later. I asked for a courtesy car but apparently all 12 were out. I found the owner"s manner dismissive and impatient and would never recommend them.

   There are very few businesses like this left, customer service is something most business view as not worth while, Paul Could not be more helpful, the price is always reasonable and they always sort the issue, inchcape Landrover could spend a few hours at the Woodrow to see how to run a business with proper customer care, running a garage is not about a pretty showroom. Funny I have never taken a vehicle back to sort the same issue twice, landrover it is around 5 visits and months in their garage. These are straight talking people from planet earth, and they treat you the way they want to be treated, 10 stars!!!!!

   Reasonably priced garage but in a very convenient location as there isn't another petrol station for a while, other than the BP in Aylsham which is expensive. Haven't used the service area for a while but engineers are knowledgeable and not a rip off.
