I had been here before roughly 3-4 years ago and my nails were amazing I got exactly what I asked for and they lasted ages so I thought I’d go again. I had rung before throughout the day multiple times to see if they’d have availability for me and my friend to come in and I didn’t get an answer I must’ve phoned at-least 7 times that day. I got them done just under two weeks ago, to start off with I went in roughly an hour and a half before closing and I didn’t get seen till until 40 minutes before they closed, and there was only me and my friend waiting. Once I finally got seen to I shown them the design I wanted and the man doing my nails said he didn’t know how to do it (i know it was a complicated design but he didn’t even try and was very rude about it) He then proceeded to do French tips in red but got the base colour completely wrong I wanted it to be a browny colour like in the picture I had shown before hand and I got a pinky colour, all of them were different lengths and shapes and looked nothing like what I wanted. Not to mention he didn’t fully coat the nail for the French tip the sides and end were bare. Not only this but they didn’t even last 2 weeks and just popped off themselves after week 1 they had already started growing out, nails usually last me a month or longer. Not only did all of this happen the whole thing was rushed and I left with the ugliest nails. Throughout the whole appointment as well the man doing my nails was speaking his native language to other people and was on the phone the whole time I also felt very judged going in there. I definitely would not recommended this place it was an awful experience.

Absolutely awful!! Got my nails done and 4 days later it started chipping off. It's 7 days today and I can literally peak the stuff off. Wouldn't go in and complain because whilst I was there having my nails done, the staff were openly slagging off a customer who had gone back and dared to complain. Save yourself the money and avoid!

So… nails look nice. But, the experience you have in the salon is strange. The lady who did my nails, sat on FaceTime the entirety of the appointment then once she had finished my nails, she got up and instantly walked out of the salon, didn’t tell me my nails were complete or anything. It was quite bizarre. I sat there for 10 minutes assuming she was coming back, then the man who was doing somebody else’s nails next to me started finishing mine. Was overall rather odd. Nails look decent tho.

Absolute shocking customer services. Been going there for about a year now and I never complain about my nails. But I’m sorry my nails looks bulky not smooth attal and left my cuticles with paint on them looked like a right mess! After complaining wanting change the colour cause apparently the guy who did my nails said white is “thick” then the older woman who I’m guessing is the boss decides to try charge me more to change the colour after I complained! In the past she has also cut me by my cuticles couple of times which have left a few cuts she needs to be more gentler!

Had a full set done by rose and there the best nails I’ve had in a while , staff are so friendly and supportive helping me find what I wanted and they got it down to the exact same as I asked for , will definitely use again xx

This was the worst set of nails I’ve ever had done! I will never be returning and would encourage others to go elsewhere also! Awful! They left me leave with my fingers dyed black. They’re so thin in parts you can see the extension underneath! I’d give it zero stars if it was an option.

Absolutely horrible. Firstly, when the woman was buffering my nails she made my fingers bleed, I showed it to my boyfriend and complained, because it was hurting a lot, the woman who was doing my nails then left me and went to work with another customer, I had to wait for another member of staff to do my nails. The woman also didn't even fit the nail tips on my nails before glueing them on, so almost all of them are too small, causing a weird shape. The acrylic layer is very thin so they'll probably break easily... Very disappointed, please don't waste your money here, I paid £25 to make my nails look horrible Update: even after a day it still hurts and bleeds, can't see it clearly in the picture as the nail polish and my blood have very similar colours
