   I went today overall im happy with the nails themselves so far, and it was great that i could walk in and get them done without an appointment. However, after reading some of these reviews i have to agree with the customer service issues. I found it quite rude and unsanitary in there for the price i payed. All was said to me was what colour and shape. They constantly switched around, I found the older man quite intimidating and rough grabbing my hands back. However when i had one of the ladies not sure on her name she dod a good job with the tips! I was worried about how the tools aren’t sanitised and the desk/nail brush is dirty. I understand they have to work quickly but every other nail place i've been to they put their tools into a cup of sanitizer/alcohol when they arent being used just to keep them clean between uses. I only realised it was cash only after they started so they said i could transfer but again rude and intimidating behaviour from the old man making me wait for a while after showing him multiple times that i had sent the money. Felt embarrassing. The nails are alright but it’s just not a friendly and clean place. The smell in there was very unpleasant

   Went in here to get infills a couple days ago and the work is just really not up to standard at all. Firstly I asked for almond shape and if she could make the tips slightly sharper because they wear down after a while and she refused and kind of gave me a strange look. So I said okay forget it. I’ll have rounded nails (not what I want) Then I asked for a deep dark red and she pulls out a bright red and starts painting my nails and I said no I don’t want that. Finally, I picked the colour I wanted and when she started painting she did one coat and the colour is so patchy. Im not sure what kind of painting technique she had but it was extremely strange and I asked her if she always does one coat and she said if she did 2 then it would be too thick which I have never known before. Every salon I’ve been to does two. Not to mention the colour is all over the sides of my nails and for £32 for an infill, rude staff that don’t listen to their customers I will not be returning.

   Would not recommend this place at all, I had biab gel and was told at the start it would be £34 and at the end they said it was £43 and did not inform me the price would go up all because of a lack of communication between staff. While having my nails done they were mixing my nails vanish colour on the dirty desk they were at. Did not follow the design I asked them for and made me bleed a few times when pushing down underneath my skin and filing my nail down so i practically have no nail left. They were also shaping my nails without even asking me what shape I would like. While doing my nails not once did the lady ask nicely for my hand she would continue to yank my hand back and for with no care in the world. The worse experience i've ever had at a nail salon.There was one nice young girl and a man there that was able to help me solve the problem but the older lady was quite rude.

   I've been to almost all the nail places in Llanelli and quite a few in Swansea, but this one is one of my favourites. The staff is polite and I'm very happy with my nails, I will be a regular customer from now on

   The polish changed colour on day 2. One nail peeled off on day 3. And after a week they all looked so bad I had to soak them off. Was treated like I’d do a runner because they failed to tell me they only took cash! Dirty shop and despite my technician being sweet the shop is a dump

   Acrylic nails have atleast lasted, however... Left and right hands nail width is different, they gave me dark blue glitter instead of black then promptly filed half the glitter off!! They used a drill file. And left acrylic under the tips so they look really bobbly from the side... Then they didn't set the gell properly and 2 of the nails are rough!

   Pedicure for my friend and manicure for me. We were made very welcome and there's no rush. Pedicure including shellac for lasting finish £15. Pedicure with massage and polish £25. Two very satisfied customers!
