Has unfortunately gone down hill very little food choices available also shortage on drinks the staff are lovely but there seems to be only the very basic done and not much love put into the place anymore sadly
Place is filthy. Carpets absolutely stink due to leaks in roof so damp and musty. Place is falling to bits. No staff. Barman has to come out to check claims. You can't sit upstairs as they have no staff to check claims up there. Obviously cutting down staff hours to save money. Understandable but, you should at least have 1 member of staff on floor to check claims at all times. Not wait for the barman to run out and check it. Worst thing.... They con customers. We collected 4 stamps over 5 weeks to get a beautiful hamper. One was on display where you buy your books. Baileys Christmas Candle Christmas teacup and saucer. Biscuits and, a few other bits. When we went to collect it. No baileys No Candle No Cup & Saucer It included Box of biscuits Small cheap shortbread Small selection pack Cheap jelly beans Small bottle of prosecco. When customers asked for explanation we were told... Hamper that we saw wasa sample. If I request sample of a carpet and, choose that style, Its what I'm expecting to be laid. Then they said customers were told it could be substituted. Talk about gaslighting! Owner thought the hamper would draw more customers in. When it didn't work, he substituted it with cheap items. Owner can argue it was a free gift but, it wasn't. We spent good money in there to collect the stamps. Always doing it. They advertise half price food but when you go to get some the kitchen is closed. The hygiene rating isnt good but, that's across the board at all his Leo clubs. Can't blame the local club staff. It's down to owner and area manager who can't seem to manage anything. These people need to start showing a bit of respect to their customers. The people who pay their salaries. Although I don't that will be for much longer. Place is so run down I think it will soon be shut down. Also, if you see a positive review from someone in Southampton Ryde Weymouth or Eastleigh just remember this is places he has other clubs.
I wouldn’t even give it one star . Absolutely in shock to what I’ve witnessed tonight ! The whole place is leaking don’t even understand how they are still open and running . Fire alarm went off twice and they completely ignored it and carried on as if nothing was happening , women’s toilets long electric cable hanging above a pile of water . Water buckets all over the place and ceiling is leaking from everywhere and to top things off they served us out of date sweets ! What a massive health and safety risk and they should close down immediately until it’s safe to open ! I will attach photos for reference . Disgusting is an understatement

The bingo was OK. The staff taking your money for the tickets could be a little friendly. The poor man serving the drinks and having to deliver the food was rushed off his feet

Had a party for my son here, booked on short notice, excellent value, the buffet lunch was fantastic. The kids had a fantastic time, the staff were really helpful and attentive. Highly recommended
