The guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road. What was supposed to be a simple wheel bearing turned into a much more complicated and challenging job. Can praise them enough.
Not often I would write a review before work was undertaken as team have not even worked on my car yet, but I was looking to change my original date for Service and MOT, but Kyle has been really flexible and given me options of how I can get the car to him earlier and they will keep it locked and safe so we can maintain the original booked date, really great customer service.
Only place I could find with MOT slots in the same week! Booked a Friday afternoon thinking I wouldn’t get the car back until Monday, but got a call just an hour later, MOT passed and ready to collect. Excellent service. Thank you.
Had a really pleasant experience here recently, actually treated with respect which was a breath of fresh air! My tracking was out big time on a car I had just bought, they sorted this out for me and replaced the tyres all perfectly, then checked over the tracking again 2 weeks later to make sure it was still okay (it was such a big change so could have slipped back). They took extra care when taking my car for a test drive too after noticing I had a little black box which was highly appreciated and kind. Also their reception and outdoor area is immaculate! I’m really pleased with everything, thank you guys!

The guys at TyrePro managed to get me in on a busy Saturday morning with an urgent brake issue. they quickly diagnosed the issue and priced up the repair and once given the go head they completed the work very quickly. Very engaging and helpful employee who occupied the reception desk. He provided me with the information I was seeking, supported his opinions with evidence and was able to offer a range of prompt appointments for tyre fitting. The tyres were fitted as planned and to the agreed timescale.
